Shipping Policy
We ship Aloha Hydrogen Tabs to every U.S. state (including Hawaii and Alaska) and to all Canadian provinces and territories. Here is exactly what to expect from checkout to doorstep.
Where we ship
- United States — all 50 states, plus U.S. territories served by USPS.
- Canada — all 10 provinces and 3 territories.
- We do not currently ship to other countries, or to freight forwarders.

The exact shipping charge is always displayed before you pay. Prices are in U.S. dollars.
Processing & delivery times
- Order processing: 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12 pm Hawaii-Aleutian Time, or on weekends and U.S. holidays, begin processing the next business day.
- U.S. delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment. Hawaii, Alaska, and rural addresses may take slightly longer.
- Canada delivery: 6–10 business days after shipment, including customs clearance.
Delivery windows are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and peak-season volume can extend them.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping-confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to show its first scan. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.
Canadian duties & taxes
Under the Canada–United States–Mexico Agreement (CUSMA/USMCA), direct-to-consumer shipments valued under CAD $150 are generally not assessed customs duties. Canadian GST/HST may still be collected by the carrier on delivery, and some carriers charge a brokerage fee. As the importer of record, the customer is responsible for any such charges. We cannot mark orders as gifts or under-declare value.
Address accuracy & changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address only before the order is handed to the carrier — email everything@8eight8.net immediately with your order number. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address can be reshipped at the customer's expense.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
- Lost in transit: if tracking shows no movement for 7 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will open a carrier claim and send a replacement or refund.
- Marked delivered but not received: check with neighbors, building management, and the carrier first; if it still cannot be located within 3 business days, contact us.
- Damaged on arrival: email photos of the box, the product pack, and the damage within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a free replacement. See the Return Policy.
Shipping FAQ
How much does shipping cost?
U.S. orders over $75 ship free. Below that, a flat U.S. shipping rate is shown at checkout. Canadian orders are charged the shipping rate shown at checkout; duties are typically not assessed on orders under CAD $150 under CUSMA, though GST/HST may apply.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment; Canadian delivery typically takes 6–10 business days. Estimates are not guarantees.
Do you ship outside the USA and Canada?
Not at this time. Aloha Hydrogen Tabs currently ships to addresses in the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska) and Canada only.
What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days past the estimate, or the package arrives damaged, email everything@8eight8.net with your order number (and photos for damage) and we will send a replacement or refund.
