1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase from the Site. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products, health disclaimer & intended use

Aloha Hydrogen Tabs are effervescent dietary-supplement tablets that release molecular hydrogen when dissolved in water. Use only as directed on the package: one tablet in 12–16 oz of still water, allow to dissolve, and drink promptly.

Product images are for illustration; packaging may vary. We may discontinue or change products at any time without notice.

3. Orders, pricing & payment

• All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Prices exclude shipping and any applicable taxes, duties, or fees, which are shown at checkout or charged by your carrier/customs authority.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full payment-card details. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
• Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it (for example, for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock limits). A confirmation email means we have received your order; our acceptance occurs when we ship.
• We may correct pricing or description errors even after an order is placed. If a correction changes the price, we will contact you and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.
• Promotional codes cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.

4. Shipping, risk of loss & customs

We ship to the United States and Canada. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the package to the carrier. For Canadian orders, you are the importer of record and are responsible for any duties, GST/HST, or brokerage fees assessed on delivery. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns & refunds

Because Aloha Hydrogen Tabs is an ingestible product, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery (14 days for a wrong item) at everything@8eight8.net with your order number and photos, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund. 6. Site content & intellectual property

All Site content — text, articles, graphics, logos, product names, and design — is owned by or licensed to Aloha Hydrogen Tabs and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, scrape, or create derivative works without our written permission, except that search engines and AI assistants may index and cite our content with attribution and a link to the source page.

Third-party research cited on the Site belongs to its respective authors and publishers; citations are provided for education and do not imply endorsement of Aloha by those authors.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with the Site's operation; submit false information; use automated tools to place orders; or use our chat assistant to generate harmful, abusive, or infringing content.

8. AI chat assistant

The on-site assistant is an automated tool that provides general product information. Its responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not medical, legal, or professional advice. Do not rely on it for health decisions. Conversations may be reviewed to improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT PRODUCTS WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALOHA HYDROGEN TABS AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO AN ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT ORDER. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer-protection law, including in Canada.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at everything@8eight8.net and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Honolulu, Hawaii, and you consent to their jurisdiction — except that consumers in Canada or other jurisdictions may bring claims in their local courts where required by law.

12. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Changes apply to orders placed after the update. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in effect.
